日本であんまり流行っていない音楽をメジャーシーンに這い上がらせようとの目的で2005年Tokyoで結成。平均年齢20歳。高校の同級生で。主に90年代UK,USロックを愛し、強く影響を受ける。他にも影響受けたジャンルは数知れず。民俗音楽とかテクノとかハードロックとかいろいろ。
ライブは続けていたものの、全然音源造る気がなくようやく2007年4月に音源1曲だけ完成。今後も精力的に活動をする予定。
