The Big Nothing (often abbreviated TBN) is an Indie/Alternative Rock band formed in Tokyo Japan in August 2010 by Rob Gray, Kurt Schussler, Jim Stellato, and Scott VanDusen.
First gig was at Penguin House on November 30th, 2010.
First album was release on June 1st, 2013.
After the album was released Jim Sellato had to go back to NYC and retired from the band.
Thom Peace joined the band on the bass and debuted at Gamuso Chroma on October 19, 2013.
On January 2014 Kurt Schussler retired the band.
Ken Zachow joined the band on the guitar and debuted at Roppongi Pink Cow on June 29, 2014.
